Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and creativity at this Botanical Silver Clay Jewellery Workshop.
In this hands-on, inspiring workshop, you'll learn the art of silver clay jewellery-making while being surrounded by the beauty of Holden Clough.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore, forage and handpick leaves, and other botanical elements from the grounds to use in creating their own unique silver jewellery. With expert guidance from our experienced tutors, you'll transform your natural finds into delicate, detailed silver pieces—whether it's a pendant, earrings, or charm.
No prior jewellery-making experience is needed—this workshop is perfect for beginners as well as those with some experience.
All materials are provided, including the silver clay, tools, and a kiln firing session to finish your pieces.
ABOUT THE HOST…
Nestled in the picturesque Ribble Valley, the North West Jewellery School was founded in 2023 by local jewellery designer Suzanne Pattinson. With a deep passion for creating handmade jewellery and a strong desire to share this with others, Suzanne began offering jewellery workshops at Holden Clough on Mother’s Day 2022. It was in the Glass House that Suzanne’s dream of establishing a Jewellery School first took root.
Since its opening, Suzanne and her dedicated team of tutors have welcomed over 1,500 students, creating a multi-award-winning space that inspires creativity and encourages students to explore the art of jewellery making.
Whether through one-day workshops or term-time weekly classes, the North West Jewellery School has become a vibrant hub for makers of all skill levels, offering a supportive community where individuals can hone their skills or simply try something new.
