You are invited to The Nursery between 9am-11am on the 6th of May 2024 to meet with John Foley, expert horticulturalist, to ask him absolutely anything about the plant and natural world.
You won’t find many in the UK, at his age, that knows as much about hardy perennials and their care as John Foley.
Growing up on this very Nursery, which was run by his dad, he has been sowing, growing, dividing, pruning, and nurturing plants since he was ‘knee-high to a grasshopper’ as he puts it.
John and his team have won multiple consecutive gold / top awards at flower shows across the country, as well as being given the highest accolade of RHS Master Grower in 2023.
So, whether you’re a seasoned gardener who needs some advice on a particular species of plant, shrub or tree, or a complete beginner in the gardening world who wants to know where to start with your outdoor space: please do pop in and ask John anything you’d like. (Plant related if possible!)
