The Reading Room Kitchen and Pendle Witch Distillery are bringing you an evening of sampling the latest award-winning gins, served alongside delicious sharing platters.
Learn all about botanicals and serving your perfect pour, whilst tucking into delectable sharing boards for the table filled with carefully selected seasonal ingredients from local producers.
David from the distillery, locally born and bred in the Ribble Valley, has long held a passion for the area and the history associated with it.
In 2020, David embarked on a journey to use locally sourced ingredients, and a unique distillation process, to produce a whisky that is unmistakably identifiable to Pendle Hill and the Ribble Valley.
Now Pendle distillery makes whiskeys, bourbons, and gins and is a well-known and loved artisan distillery in The Ribble Valley.
